 We have given it a lot of thought about writing descriptions of our coffee. Ray has participated on international judging teams for the Cup of Excellence and other international competitions. Tastes are so subjective and there can be so many variables, such as, water conditions, brewing methods, tastes in the mouth from previously eaten foods, and personal perceptions. We decided not to write descriptions of what we think our coffee taste like. Just be assured that we source specialty grades of green coffee and we roast the coffee to produce a flavor profile that we think tastes good. We don’t sell any coffee that we wouldn’t drink ourselves. We think it all tastes good. Try some different ones and find out for yourself what you like. We roast on a drum roaster and ship within 24 hours of the roast. You can be assured that our product is fresh.

This coffee is produced by a coop of farmers that care very much about the quality of the coffee they produce. We enjoyed meeting with them very much.
 The process of removing caffeine from the green coffee by water extraction and then reintroducing the flavor components gives us a coffee bean that tastes like the caffeinated versions without the effects of caffeine.
